Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping with Carbon Werx. Below you will find important information about how we process and ship orders.

We advise that customers have received and inspected their items before instructing any external contractor for fitting. We cannot be held responsible for any third party fitting charges from missed appointments from delayed delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

All in stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

All items with a 'DISPATCH TIME', please allow the allotted time plus the estimated delivery time for your region before enquiring regarding any delivery issues. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Any item with a 'DISPATCH TIME' quoting 'WEEKS' are made to order items and are produced specifically for the customer who has ordered them. These are non-returnable items.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Mainland UK Standard Express Shipping (in stock items): 1 to 2 Days
  • International Shipping (in stock items): 5 to 7 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all Mainland UK

If you do not see your location available at checkout, please contact us.

4. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Carbon Werx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us immediately.
  • Include photos of the damaged packaging and/or item/s.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Carbon Werx. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 DAYs of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was sent - Photographic evidence is taken of items prior to dispatch.
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Any item with a 'DISPATCH TIME' of 'WEEKS' as this is a made to order item and is produced specifically for the customer who has ordered it.
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance, final sale, discounted items

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time

Shipping costs are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Refundable only if the return is due to our error
  • If the customer no longer wants the item (this is known as customer remorse), the cost of returning the unsuitable item is your responsibility.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged in transit
  • We sent the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
